Jorge Aragón is a Cuban composer, orchestrator, producer, arranger, and pianist born in 1988, with 15 years of classical piano training and a master’s degree in composition for film, television, and video games. A Sundance Lab alumnus, he has studied with renowned composers including James Newton Howard, Alan Silvestri, Peter Golub, and Fil Eisler. Aragón has collaborated extensively with Silvio Rodríguez and, since 2017, with hornist Sarah Willis of the Berlin Philharmonic and the Havana Lyceum Orchestra. His work has taken him to major international stages including the Berlin Philharmonie, Kennedy Center, Central Park, WiZink Center, and Palau Sant Jordi.
